Shopping Guide to Take You from Junk Food To Clean Eating

Okay so you have read umpteen things about how to eat cleaner, or found lots of recipes, but are just looking for a shopping list to make this big change that much easier? I had that same problem, so I decided to create a shopping list as if I had nothing in the house and share it with you to hopefully help make this easier. I think once you get the shopping down, the rest comes down to self control! If you are also ditching the food in your pantry instead of just throwing it away, donate to local food pantry, school or library starvation is a world wide problem, not just international. Tip's While Shopping

  • Stick to your list, this will help you stay on budget.
  • Always check labels, just because something claims to be organic or natural doesn't always mean there aren't bad things hiding inside.
  • Dairy, look for organic, grass fed, no hormones
  • Eggs, look for organic, cage free or free range.
  • Meats, look for organic, 100% grass fed, no added hormones, no added sugar, natural
  • Fruits and Vegetables, purchase fresh organic fruit and vegetables that are in season and use organic frozen fruit and vegetables for out of season items. Doing this will save you on high prices stores charge for out of season items.
  • Look for USDA, Non-GMO, no added hormones, no fillers, no byproducts, no added sugars, 100%, no high fruit corn syrup, Organic
